Hi, I'm Terrie.
I help students figure out what's next,
and how to get there.
From exploring careers or colleges to navigating applications and big family decisions, I'm a strategist and partner along the way.
How I Help
There's a lot more to figuring out your future than choosing a college.
I work with students comprehensively. We explore possibilities, make thoughtful decisions, and navigate what's next. Sometimes that means developing a college list and admissions strategy. Other times, it means starting with life design, exploring career possibilities, or weighing the role of athletics. I meet students where they are.
This can be in-person: As a Tulsa-based Education Planner for 17 years, I've helped students from most high schools in the Tulsa and Oklahoma City metro areas.
Or virtual: I've also helped families from West Coast public school, to East Coast boarding school, to international students in Europe, Asia, and Africa.
Here's what I do:
-
College Planning & Admission Strategy
-
Understanding college options, building a thoughtful college list, developing an admission strategy (including whether to apply Early Decision), telling a compelling story, and navigating offers and decisions.
-
-
Career Exploration & Life Design
-
Helping students connect who they are (their interests, strengths, and personalities) and what they value to potential activities, careers, and majors as they think about the kind of life they want to build.
-
-
Student-Athlete Advising
-
Helping athletes and families evaluate college opportunities, think through recruiting and competitive divisions, and balance athletic ambitions with overall college fit.
-
-
